Jess has over 10 years’ experience working in private equity and consulting with a focus on value creation. She started her career in Los Angeles, California working in restructuring as part of Chief Restructuring Officer teams working with clients such as American Apparel, Pacific Sunwear of California (PacSun), and Corinthian Colleges. After moving to the UK, she segued her experience to working with private equity clients and has worked with funds including EQT and TPG. Having worked with clients on value generating business plans and initiatives to drive the bottom line of portfolio companies.
Over the course of her career, Jess had grown frustrated at how businesses didn’t have the time or resources to be able to navigate their data environment, and their bottom line would suffer as a result. She saw the opportunity to use technology to bring the strategic insights she employed to the masses.
In her spare time, Jess enjoys practicing yoga to maintain sanity as a startup founder. She has also completed her 200 yoga teacher training. Jess is passionate about contributing her time to charities and has volunteered with Age UK, orphanages in Bali, Indonesia as well as Chrysalis in Los Angeles. Jess also enjoys horseback riding (cross country and show jumping) and surfing in her spare time. She has surfed in over 10 different countries and is excited about riding the current wave with Intriq!
Lloyd is a dynamic product leader with extensive experience in driving innovative solutions within the startup ecosystem. With a background in venture-backed companies and corporate venture building, Lloyd has a track record of taking ideas from concept to market.
Having started his career as an early employee for several prominent fintech companies in London, Lloyd learned the startup playbook from experienced entrepreneurs and has applied the lessons learned to all his engagements since, helping businesses drive innovation through customer obsession and a data-informed approaches to product development.
Joining Intriq provides the opportunity to codify these learnings into a system that will empower business owners and managers to make sense of their data and to make better decisions for customers and financial success. Intriq will seamlessly blend qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights to empower decision makers.
Outside of work Lloyd enjoys taking on new challenges and learning new skills. His most recent obsession is padel tennis, and outside of work he can be found practicing his Bandeja, Vibora or lob shots.
